Tomato Garlic Bruschetta


1 large tomato

½ cup onion

1 baguette

shredded mozzarella cheese

tomato garlic jelly

salt and pepper to taste


Dice tomatoes, onion and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Cut baguette into slices and place on cookie sheet. Spread with Tomato Garlic Jelly and top with shredded cheese and tomato, onion mix. Broil until lightly toasted and cheese is melted. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and enjoy. Flavours erupt bringing pure joy to your taste buds!!!
