Roasted Potatoes with Chile Pepper Jelly

Ingredients:

potatoes
olive oil
chili pepper jelly

Directions:

Peel potatoes and boil. In a fry pan pour olive oil and chili pepper jelly heat till jelly is melted and pour over potatoes. Or cut potatoes with skin on, place on sheet of tin foil and add 2 tablespoons of jelly and place on barbeque. Wonderful for summer time dinners.
