Baked Pear with Saffron Jelly Glaze
Ingredients:
1 pear (peeled)
1 tbsp. saffron jelly
tin foil
Directions:
Place pear on tin foil and pour saffron jelly on the top of pear.
Wrap securely, place in oven at 350F for 45 min.
This looks beautiful and makes a nice dessert.
You can add vanilla ice cream on the side. Niagara Farm Girl gourmet jams and jellies.
