Toasted Goat Cheese Salad


2-4 thick slices of bread

4 slices of thick slices of goat cheese

2 handfuls of greens

1 tbsp. of olive oil

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1-2 tbsp. hot pepper jelly


Toast the bread on one side under medium- hot grill. Turn bread over and butter, top with goat cheese. Grill for 4 min. until cheese is slightly brown. Divided the green and top mixed olive oil and balsamic, warm hot pepper jelly. Place the toast on top of the greens and drizzle with jelly.
