Chicken with Raspberry Lavender Jam

Preheat oven 350F


4 boneless chicken breast

1 small tub ricotta cheese

1 jar of raspberry lavender jam

   black pepper

   olive oil



Add olive oil to the bottom of casserole dish, and then add chicken. Cook chicken and remove from oven 10 min before it is completely cooked. Slit the chicken breast add ricotta and raspberry lavender jam and sprinkle with black pepper. Pop back in oven for the remainder 10 min. ENJOY from Niagara farm Girl
